My Journey

I am currently the Major League Bullpen Catcher for the Chicago Cubs. I have had prior experience in the Cubs organization where I served as a Minor League Development coach (AA) for the 2021 season. The role collaborated with R&D and field staff on player development targets and implementations.

From 2019 to 2020 I had the privilege to serve as a Minor League Development Coach (AA) with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Prior to my role with the Dodgers, I served as a Minor League Video Associate in 2018 for the San Diego Padres (AA) as well as a Minor League Bullpen Catcher for the San Diego Padres (AA) from 2015 to 2017 for parts of three seasons.

I have held a variety of private sector off-season baseball training roles. I had the opportunity to serve as the Director of Pitching and Pitching Analytics Coordinator at DST San Antonio. Additionally, I had the opportunity to serve at TRPD Baseball in Austin, Texas as a Development Coordinator and Pitching Instructor.

My college playing experience encompassed five seasons spanning three years (2013-2016) at The University of Texas Permian Basin earning a B.S. in Communications and two years (2016-2018) at Hardin-Simmons University earning a Master of Business Administration.
